Sunway Putra Hotel’s Fish Head Curry is definite a must-try. Whether it is for lunch or dinner, head to the Coffee House, located at Level 9 of the Hotel and sample this scrumptious delight, specially prepared by our culinary expert, Chef Rossham Rosli, the Executive Chef Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Fish is marinated with turmeric powder, salt and pepper. The curry base is cooked using onions, shallots and garlic sautéed with curry powder and fresh tomatoes; adding other spices and herbs such as tamarind, yoghurt, green cardamom, black cumin, green chillies, coriander seeds and mace. Simmering process is completed when coconut milk and the marinated Red Snapper Fish are added to these.

Our signature Fish Head Curry comes with 2 portions.
